Acceptance of Terms
WebUplifters provides online services to its clients. Clients must not have identical websites, duplicated content, pages, or doorway pages. It is advised that swapped or requested links should not be associated with link farms, as these can negatively impact Google rankings. We do not guarantee 100% precise results on any search engine.
Modifications of Agreement
WebUplifters reserves the right to amend, modify, or alter these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes made by WebUplifters become effective immediately upon posting on the website. If a client modifies the optimized pages created by our team or fails to implement recommended adjustments, any given guarantees will be revoked.
User Legality
WebUplifters’ services are available only to individuals who can legally form binding contracts under applicable laws in their country of origin and who are at least 18 years of age.
Content
We reserve the right to modify website content at any time without prior notice. We may discontinue or amend our website without informing users. Content posted on our website cannot be copied or reused without written consent from WebUplifters. We also reserve the right to deny any user permission to reuse content for any reason.
Our Services
Our services, including Online Marketing, Web Design, Web Development, and Mobile App Development, each have their own terms and conditions, which are provided to the client before the commencement of work. Each service is also subject to specific terms of use for the duration of service delivery.
Loss of Service
WebUplifters is not responsible for any loss, unavailability of files, data damage, misuse of equipment by third parties, failure of communication devices, or any other services beyond our control.
Manual/Automatic Renewal
We primarily charge clients monthly via PayPal and other third-party payment gateways. Some services require manual renewal, while others renew automatically, depending on project requirements. Invoices must be paid within five (5) business days from the date of issue. Users are responsible for all charges incurred through the usage of WebUplifters’ services as per signed agreements.
